I have decided to go the route of stop motion. It feels like I'm setting myself up for failure, but I also feel like it could turn out relatively well. My sister is leaving, which is why I can't film using real people (as I wouldn't have enough unless I cut out a character).
I did a lot of stop motion in middle school, so it's not a new thing for me. I would say I'm decent at it.
I have also decided to use lego figures because even though they have like no articulation, I can still use different expressions, which I wouldn't be able to do if I used anything else (other than maybe clay, but that's not gonna happen). I have more than enough figures to use for my film opening. Now, it's just a matter of picking the right ones to match the characters (obviously they won't be a perfect match).
Most likely, I won't be able to incorporate the colors for the different characters as well as I had wanted to, if at all.
For the voices, I'm going to ask a couple of my friends/family to record themselves saying the lines so I can edit it into the opening.
